Katy families and their friends are invited to gather at the clocktower just before 10 AM. At about 10:15, all the parents will hug their kids and a photographer will take a photo of the first Katy Family Hug!

Michelle Nichols will be available to sell and autograph her books at LaCenterra from 9-11 AM.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 3

Located just south of I-10, on the corner of Westgreen and Kingsland.

MONDAY, AUGUST 4

Katy, TX - "The Art of Hugging" @ 6:30 PM at Pulcinella Ristorante, 6455 South Fry Road

Fund- and awareness-raiser for ART.reach. Tickets are $25@ and include a free book (value $18) that's autographed (priceless!) Enjoy a glass of wine and some hors d'oeuvres and watch several artists create masterpieces on the topic of Hugging. It's performance art for a good cause! Capacity is 40 people so reserve early.
